We do not share your data with third parties except delivery couriers for the purpose of delivering your order. Where you register for an account you agree to us storing your details online for the purpose of speeding up your purchases. No credit card details or financial data is accepted or stored on this website. We only use 3rd party external card payment processors.

Shipping And Handling

Our minimum postage is £4.00. Charges for heavier items generally correspond to Royal Mail package rates. All items are posted by first class post, or heavy items by 24hr courier.

For deliveries to the rest of Europe we charge per weight. Minimum postage £7.00.
For USA - Shipping is by weight up to a maximum of £22.00 minimum postage £7.00.

Delivery Schedule Items shown on this website are normally in stock . We aim to despatch stock orders within 3 days of receipt. On rare occasions where an item is sold out we will notify customers by email giving the option of a full refund or placing the item on back-order.

International Enquiries and Orders: Enquiries and orders outside the UK are welcome.

Wholesale Terms

Retail Outlets ordering more than £150 or $300 are eligible for our very competitive wholesale rates . We will visit shops or centres for wholesale trade. In house viewing by appointment.

Wholesalers need to be registered with Windhorse.If you want to register as a wholesaler, please supply your full postal address and telephone number and we will send our full colour catalogue and prices by return.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. If you are dissatisfied your purchase in any way, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of your taking delivery. We will refund the purchase price and, where the item has been damaged in transit, the cost of your postage.
